Glock 19 and 21 SF - Springs

What would be the best set of springs to use when modifying these guys. I guess I'm looking for a manufacturers name and comments from people who have replaced the trigger spring, recoil spring (guide rod) etc. I would also like to know what overall difference it would make.

I installed Ghost 3.5# connector, New York (Olive) trigger spring, Vickers Magazine Release and 10-8 Performance Sight set on my G19

I like the WOLFF springs and steel guiderod setup - allows you to lose the creaking screen door sound.

Never thought of it .... but .... yes it does sound like a screen door !!!
