Sporteque sells IGB. Questar sells Lone Wolf and Storm Lake.
Wanstalls has some Wilson Combat products in stock; maybe they could get you a 106mm G19 barrel.
From time to time you'll see a 106mm Bar-Sto barrel, but I don't know the best Canadian source for them.

I ordered the IGB barrel from Sporteque, it didn't say what gen it's for so hopefully it is G3. The website price is now $304.50 but that includes GST. $318 all in shipped to Calgary area.

Several gunsmiths have $75 recrown specials for these. 106mm is a slight step on the barrel, cut at just before the threads start, but the result doesn't look bad. Search the forum and you'll find pictures. My experience is that recrowning a threaded barrel seems to help accuracy a little.

If you're buying a holster for your threaded-barrel G19, either order a threaded-barrel-specific G19 holster or...just choose a G17 holster. Options are good.
The OEM barrel is nice for most purposes - and it's probably unnecessary for anyone to replace it, unless they want to - but, when worn IWB in a G19 holster, a smoother, shorter barrel can be more comfortable. Barrel options are good too, and I wouldn't be so quick to sell your threaded barrel, because you never know what the future might hold.
I'm expecting suppressors to be legalized in my lifetime.

LW 106 mm on my G19 Gen 4 is an awesome barrel... JP.
I have the exact same gun as you, bought at the same place and time. That LW barrel in mine is uber cr.p. Shoots way left (like a foot) and 5 inches high at 25 meters. Had to drift the rear sight way to the right to regulate it POA. Couldn't do anything for the elevation tho.
After a year, got fed up with it and went with the Sporteque's IGB barrel 107mm.
Now the pistol only shoots high. I repositioned the rear sight middle of slide. Groups real good at 25 meters.
