I already own some Glocks, so this new acquisition of an almost new Glock 19, Gen 4 was not supposed to have any surprises.
I was surprised to discover that it has the milled slide for an optic. I guess the suppressor sights should have been the give-away. I paid less than $700 for it, so think I got a good deal.
The trigger was typical Glock, at 6.2 pounds. It felt a bit smoother than some I have shot. I installed the Ghost Edge connector and a 6 pound trigger spring. The install was very easy to do. Weight dropped to 5 pounds and it is a bit smoother than before. This connector gives you a smooth creep and a Bang. No wall. I quickly found I could shoot this quite well.
The day after it arrived, I shot a match with it and got more A zone hits than usual, so I am pleased. I would be tempted to shoot it as is, except I do have a Vortex Venom red dot, so may as well install it. I think I will take the suppressor sights off and put them on my Glock 23. I really like those sights.
