Glock 19 gen4?

Ive had G23 gen4 when they first came out but ended up selling it, kinda wish I kept it but I still have and love my G17 gen4. (i've had more than half a dozen over years)

Not that we can but worrying about the 5mm extra barrel length vs a 12(6) G19 impeding CC is not an issue at all. It is the butt end that prints, not the barrel.
I would take a non-threaded Lone Wolf over a threaded barrel. We can't use suppressors anyways. The threading adds another step to quick disassembly.
A G17/22 can be just as easily carried concealed. It's all a matter of planning and the right holster

Thanks. Never owned a threaded barrel. I guess you could just leave the protector off?

You could but you risk damage to the threads if you get rough with the gun. Also with the recoil of the slide, you may get scratches on the inside of the slide from rubbing. That's why I have no interest in our neutered Canadian Pinocchio threaded barrels.

Until I can get a Glock 19 Gen IV with factory extended barrel, I'll have to be happy with this, my favorite Glock. 12.6 Glock 19, only one of it's generation in the country (in 12.6 class)

Growl grumble grumble jealous!!!!!

The big debate here is fit. Depending on your hand size, you either love or hate the 19. Never should have sold mine.........

I have damn big hands, hence the GripForce adapter. Got sick of chewing my hands up when shooting it. That's why I'm looking for a Gen IV, even if it comes with a restricted barrel

Any leads on where to find a grip force adapter in Canada? My gen 3 g19 just arrived and my big mitts are used to my gen 4 g17 with back straps...

I dont have a 12.6. I'd rather have a G19 with a OEM barrel even if it's threaded. I own six Glocks and have tried the Lone Wolf barrels many times. Either a big coincidence that they all were much less accurate and didn't last or they just aren't nearly as good. I'm sure there are other after market barrels that are great but to me it makes sense to stick with the Glock OEM barrel. Waiting on my first G19 to clear transfer right now. So glad Glock decided to go this route. Have some friends in the US who say the Glock barrels with suppressors are hands down better than the aftermarket stuff they had to use until recently.

G19 and G17 are very different in hand, the G19 feel better for me... JP.
