Since Sporteque is officially out of the game , does someone know where to get IGB 106mm barrel for a Glock 19 ?

They don't have any in stock since a long time, and now with the problems they have with the law, i doubt they will get some more.

Is there another source for these barrels in Canada?

I bought the last one they had in stock and that was 1 1/2 years ago. Who knows if they are getting anymore in. No one else in Canada sells them. Everything else on their website that shows OOS has been like that forever.

IGB will ship to Canada but it will take up to a year to get one. Plus, you have to pay in Euros. You don't have to go through the US because the ITAR rules don't apply to Austria.
