Well I sourced a g19 through a private sale in the US, then called Clay and his crew at Prophet river. Best thing I did this year!
Found a great deal through a private seller, called LWD and had them ship a legal length barrel to the seller who installed it. Then it went to the FFL state side and Clay handled the rest. Took total of 2 months and I got one of my grail pistols.
G19,box,cleaning gear, 3 10rd mags from the states to my door all in $627.00
Next grail to work on is a 1911, don't hesitate to contact prophet river they ROCK!

$250 import fee
$25 shipping

You paid $220 for the Glock?

Total 2 months? or 8-12 weeks just for the import.

Or dd Lone wolf Ship the barrel to your seller. Then the seller shipped it to Clay's FFL. Then the FFL shipped it to Clay, then to you in 8 weeks?

lone wolf sent barrel to the seller then seller to Clay's ffl. Time frame was from Clays ffl to me. Also yes scored the g19 for a great price. The import fee was less than you listed as it was not the first import with Clay.
 
The times must be changing in this country if people are having to resort to a third party importer to get a GLOCK 19 with a Lone Wolf barrel, although I understand that you got this one almost for free from the original seller.

It looks like Sporteque is out of the compact GLOCK business now, from the looks of their website. Anyone know if that is true? That just leaves Questar, and maybe Police Ordnance (from what I have been told, I've never bought anything there myself).

I am thinking about going through Prophet River to finally get a blue HK P7M10. They are just too damn hard to find, and overpriced, in this country.

Love to see that GLOCK 32 in Canada. What kind of barrel do you have in that? Storm Lake? I don't think IGB, Lone Wolf, Bar-Sto, etc. make 357 barrels.

Here are my GLOCK 19's and 23's. OD 19 with 106mm IGB barrel. Regular Gen 3 19 with GLOCK factory threaded barrel (117mm):

Two 19's (top) and two 23's (bottom), the green one is wearing a threaded IGB barrel in this picture. The 19 and the 23 on the right both have Lone Wolf barrels in this pic, showing their distinctive bluing wear. The IGB barrels (left) do not do this. They have the same finish as GLOCK factory barrels (tenifer).

Congrats on a great purchase...

Tried soooo many times to buy from US sellers...no luck. For some reason, they always get a little sketchy when you tell them that you are in Canada, and that a Canadian importer will take care of everything State-side with their own FFL. Maybe I just haven't found the right people to deal with. Oh well, on goes the battle...
