Glock 19 or 17?

Someones trying to sell me this for $540. NIB. Says it's a Glock 17 but it looks more like a G19 to me.
Any opinions? I've asked for better picks but none yet.

It is a really funny angle on the picture. You can see it at the trigger guard. I'm going with G17 as the seller described.
 
I'm going to say 17, and with the rail, if it was a G19 it would be prohib, unless it had a extended barrel.

Like everyone else has suggested I'm going with G17 (Gen4 - You can see the removable back-strap). I don't see the extended barrel and it's unlike he/she is selling you something prohibited.
 
Looks like a Glock 19 to me, picture likely downloaded from a US site. I'd suggest being careful on this one. I own a glock 17, and this just looks smaller to me. The three mags is standard with Gen4 guns though.
 
The arch on the back of the grip is screaming 19, also looks short compared to the mag. I'd be very wary - I'm not saying he doesn't have the gun, but if he does, I bet he doesn't have the reg.
