I recently purchased a G19X from a site sponsor. When I received the gun I noticed that the lanyard loop was missing. Anyone else have this same issue? I contacted the retailer and they are refusing to do anything about it. Told me to contact Glock directly.

GLOCK has officially come out to retailers saying due to the large amount of Glock 19x orders some 19x's do not have a lanyard loop by a mistake on their part and to contact the retailer for the missing part that will be sent by glock.

That's what I did but the retailer doesn't want to deal with it. If I want it then I have to contact Glock directly. I don't think this is right. The retailer should take care of it.
 
Contact the Glock rep directly. I had an issue with my new Glock and he sent me the new parts right away along with some extra stuff.

Yeah I think it's pretty easy to do. I emailed Glock directly and they said they would send me the lanyard and some other goodies for my trouble.

Glad to hear Glock took care of you...on another note I am jealous of your 19x..I don't need another 9mm but if I do get one it'll be a 19x..Congrats

When you contact Glock, be sure to let them know which retailer you bought it from that isn't doing their job.
