Glock 20 SF ???

I got a G21 SF, I'd like to pair it up with a G20 SF do they exist? Can you get a G20 in the Short Frame? I also would like it with the Picatinny Rail instead of the standard Glock rail, any ideas?

fees (including shipping) are around IIRC 50$
