So here is my Glock 22. Its pretty stock so far. I plan on messing with the trigger, but haven't gotten to it yet. All I've done to it so far is add a scherer slug plug and some decal grip tape.

Its my first pistol and I couldn't be happier with it. So far I've put about 1600 rounds through with many more to come. Anyway, enjoy the pics or tell me how lame they are lol.

Sort of an attempt at being artsy I guess. SOG Flash II Aegis with tanto blade.

I still need to buy some more magazines. I plan on getting some that are pinned at 10 instead of the ones that came with the gun. I have heard that the springs are much easier to load.

I added some decal grip and I find it has helped a lot. I had a hogue grip on it previously but it made the grip too big. I have large hands and so I don't mind the size of the grip on a glock but with the hogue it just made it too much to handle. It was the palm swells that bothered me. I think thats what you call them. If the grip didn't have those it would have been fine.

Oh, and I cut out the part of the decal grip that covers the Glock logo. I just thought it would look better that way. It hasn't effected the performance what so ever.

Thanks for looking, any comments appreciated.

Nice looking Glock! love the decal grips. And I am very envious of your Sog with the digi cam, great knife.
Now you just need the 3.5lb disconnect, extended slide/mag releases and crap load more mags and ammo.
Have fun!

I too have a G22 but in OD. I'm very interested in modifying it. I've installed an extended slide release, Trijicon night sights, 3.5lb connector, custom slide plate and grip plug. I was about to install a Hogue handall grip but I'm now interested in a decal grip. Where can I obtain a decal grip for my Glock and... Is there an OD grip available?
Nice work.

Lol, all those things are on my list. I just figured I would learn to use a stock trigger before I mess with it. I don't know why, but I think it will help me shoot better when I get a different pistol someday.

I've been at stores and heard guys asking about buying a glock and getting all these modifications done to it before it ever leaves the store. That's never made much sense to me. Modifying a gun just for the sake of modifying it. If they have never fired it, how do they know what they want changed or not. Lol.

And awsomeo, I've never seen decal grip in od. But I have seen the black grip on an od pistol. The two tones look really sweet. If I could of done it all over again I would of bought and od glock 22. I'm in bc and picked it up the decal grip at a local store here. It comes in rubber and a sort of sand paper kind. I prefer the rubber.

^ what grips are those? man that 21 certainly does look a bit bigger than the 22. any reason you went with the 21 over a 1911?

I'm also curious to know where to get decal grips. Also, are they like Glock grips already shaped to be used with Glock or is it like a roll/sheet that you cut to whatever shape you need?

I doubt a certified Glock armorer would polish anything, or sharpen any edges (trigger job) as this would void the warranty. They may do the connector and two springs, but i haven't asked around, i just shoot mine weekly (4lb break) modified sights.
Throttle Monkey always has extra mags, if you need a source.
Your Glock looks fine! just get out, shoot and have fun! :D

you can buy grip tape at skateboarding shops, thats honestly the best place, a big store will have a variety of colours and it will be good quality

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder, cause I love the way my grips look. But really anything I have done to my glock's was to increase their usability/ performance "for me".

Things I've done to both guns:

Grips: Brooks Tactical AGRIP These provide an improved grip regardless the temperature, wet or dry and bare handed or gloved. I prefer the size of my G21 in my hand, so I also have a Hogue grip sleeve on my G22.

Sight's: Mepro tritium night sights, green on the front and orange in the back. I also put used tritium's on my Advantage Arms conversion kit (they are toast, but it provides the same sight picture as my G21 and G22 slides). I prefer the night sights over the regular day sights on stock Glocks.

Mag release: Extended mag release by JP Enterprise.

I have to say, after playing with the RTF frame Glocks, I would probably skip most of the mods if I owned those versions.

(BP7) As for why I purchased a G21 over a 1911...... well, to each their own on that one. I prefer my Glock over those models. Also, it doesn't hurt to train with two guns that are mostly identical to each other, and I like having two guns that I can fire four different caliber of bullets out of (even more if I was to purchase other conversion barrels).

I'm just gonna be honest here. I've had a couple (8) beers (3 tequila shots) and I'm watching the Canucks game here, but I gotta say arpinski...those grips are just UGLY! I can't help it, why would you do that to your glock? It hurts just to see it man. Please tell me they are ergonomic to the tenth power dude.

NP34 owners-question

Hi,there!
Tell me guys please if your recently(2009 and younger) acquired guns have modifyed locking block or not . The differences between them is that new block has wings that extended to frame rails making them stronger and much more reliable . So you can keep shooting +P without big damage to sliding rails or regular stuff for more years to go. There are pictures that show difference.
