Glock 22 KCI mags

I'm looking into buying some more mags for my Glock 22 and I'm looking into KCI's. From experience, they did miserably in JR carbine I sold long time ago but what about in Glock pistols ?
Any feedback ? Thanks for any useful info
 
Ive had hit and miss on them and same goes with others i know that bought them. ill be sticking with glock mags from now since I know they will work perfect. YMMV of course
 
The G22 mags I got had the normal KCI issues, need to clean up the plastic flashover around the feed lips, file the metal feedlip edges smooth, and the springs were pretty weak so I replaced with Wolfe extra power.....work just fine now.
KCI G17 mags seem to be a bit better, not as much flashover, feed lips still needed smoothing, springs were nice and stiff and didn't need to be replaced.
I got these when Wolverine had them on for $15. I wouldn't pay $30 for them when Glock mags are $40 at Questar.
 
I have to for my G22 (on the EE now). One of them, no issues, the other one is not that reliable.
Good enough for the range, but I wouldn't bet my life on that mag.

Same. I had the base plate blow out of one while standing on the line at the range. Scattered bullets and parts everywhere. I managed to recover all the bits and glue it on. It runs and I've had no problem with it since, but...
