Canada, no, but you can easily buy them from Wolff Springs in the U.S. I have bought stuff from them several times in the past without difficulty.

I don't know any Canadian sources, but I've bought tons of Glock parts from Glockmeister (.com) and they are fast, cheap and easy.

If you mean the springs. gun parts, etc., never been a problem in the past. Wolff even puts a customs declaration on the package that says "gun parts", Canada customs checks it and passes it on through.

I've had springs, mags, sights, grips and even barrels shipped and inspected at the border, never a problem.

Exporting barrels out of the U.S without permit is a problem.

Small bits and pieces generally are not though. You are better off sticking with factory Glock parts than sticking some aftermarket crap into your gun. Lone Wolf Distributing and Glockmeister are both Canada friendly for Glock parts.
