Glock 22

I do not believe so at this present time in North America! However, the 21SF does, though it's a .45ACP!

Of course I could be wrong and the 22 could come like that!
 
Left handed is best.

The G22 is not set up for a right side mag release. The Glock people would have to change the mould for the frame to accomodate that.
Why would you want one anyway? The mag release is an easy reach for the right thumb, and if you happen to be one of the lucky left handed people, the left index finger makes it easy to release.
Your only option is to put an extended mag release on your G22...

i put an extended mag release on mine and it helped out quite a bit with mag changes i found the original one quite a hassle for a lefty. if your changing that you might as well put in a 3.5lb connector and have a nice trigger pull both parts are about the same price.
