Glock 23 jams

Some early Gen4 recoil springs had issues... try lubing it... then replacing it... normally i would not recommend lube... but its an easy and cheap diagnosis... Are all your mags Glock branded? Does it malfunction with all of them?

The lip could be narrow from.being dropped or.stepped on..this makes the opening a bit narrow and it.grabs the.round causing.it.to jam. Use a pair of pliers to open it up. Just a very small amount!

try to explain the malfunction. is it a fail to feed - fail to fire - fail to extract - fail to eject? is it with the one mag only? or does it do it with other mags. if it is the one mag only - bin it - mags are not lifetime parts for pistols. make sure you have lubricated the pistol also. Google glock lubrication point and you should be able to find a picture of where you lube. In a nutshell - drop on connector, drop on barrel and wipe around the whole barrel, drop on the slide just in front of the ejection port where the barrel hood rubs against during cycling and a drop on each of the slide rails. As NAA said - grip can be a cause also - if it is happening with all mags.
