Anyonere here owned/fired/ect one of these lovely subcompact's?

Opinions/Tips/Ect would be greatly appreciated.

Saw them on Questar's website & instantly fell in love.

Im a sucker for the sub compacts.

I had a Glock 26, I always regretted selling it(along with my P7M8). Great gun.
I had a BarSto barrel on it to meet the restricted requirements. Very accurate.
Get the finger extensions on the mag, unless you are 3 ft tall your pinky will hang over the grip.

Glock 27

I've shot this Glock 27 quite a bit. A handful in .40 S&W, it torques a lot when you shoot it. But every bit as accurate as a full size Model 22.

Do they look anything like this? If so, they are fine pistols. my pick is the 40 S&W G27 with a 9mm Bar-Sto barrel. I also have an off brand 357 Sig barrel for my M27. If you can buy and own a G27 go for it. Regards, Richard

Oh hey, would any of you happen to know what size the threading is on the Fed Arms barrel? CW or CCW?

Before anyone mentions this, Yes I am well aware that silencers are illegal.

Just trying to figure out as much as I can about these before commiting to one.

I LOVE the Glock 26 and 27. To be honest, if you made me choose between them I would choose both. They are quite simply lovely pistols.

As for the threading, I don't know why you would want to know that, but I have a few guns with threaded barrels and I can tell you that it does not make any difference how the barrel is threaded. It basically looks and shoots the same as any other gun.

That's a cool pic which shows the size of the G27 compared to the Delica and the coins. I would happily buy one of these if CCW were legal.

Fair enough. I was not saying that you should not know what the exact thread is, but rather that there should be no compelling reason why you should.

I love the baby Glocks, I had the opportunity to shoot several different models last time I was in Oregon.

I will be purchasing a G30 (my favorite Glock) from Questar to celebrate a CPC win on the 23rd.

The FAC 9mm and 357SIG threaded barrels are 1/2x32tpi, not too sure what the .40 barrels are threaded at, may also be 1/2x32tpi.

Yes. I assume you're refering to 9mm Glock 18 mags, they come up in the EE now and then. Kind of a neat conversation piece, but sort of useless having all that extra magazine hanging out the bottom of your grip when you have to keep it pinned to 10 rounds.

I've got two .40s ...both with sequential serial #s but as im not grandfathered the barrels are after market...shoot great..
