Glock 29 Anyone have one?

Hi guys!
I have just ordered a glock 29 from questar, and i would like to know anyones thoughts on them, i have never even shot a 10mm before, so i am very excited to get it. Too bad it will have to be ordered in, and not already in stock. So yeah, any pics of them also with the added barell length would also be helpful for :jerkit: for Practical purposes i can assure you.;) Cheers!
 
I have one and feel it is the very best/versatile 10mm handgun on the market today.

Thaks campcook! i dont think the barell sticks out too far at all, that was my only concern. looks like alot of options too for adapters. i ordered two of the grip extentions also with it. i cant friggin wait to get itnow!
 
If you look at the bottom pic with the Pierce mag sleeve you will see that the grip is way shorter in the back giving the G29 with this mag set up a grip slightly smaller than a SF frame.

Resulting in a far better grip than a G20 and yes I have a G20 as well.

So those last pics are with G20 mags? I think it looks sweet in both pics. i take it the middle pic is just showing what it would look like without that extension?
 
I have a G30 which is the same pistol but it is a 45acp. I love 10mms and I have often thought of buying a conversion barrel, 21# recoil spring, and magazines like I did with my G21. The G29 would be a damned near perfect woods gun. Regards, Richard:)

It's amazing what an extra 8mm on the slide/barrel does. The extra length needed on the G29 and G30 to hit 105mm doesn't actually look to bad, when you compare it to a G26 or G27.
 
Here's mine, shown with some other handguns for size comparison, and with my glock-19 for barrel-length and size comparison. It's one of my favorite pistols - if you don't love yours, I'll be surprised! :D

I just purchased a G29 from Questar too. I've already got a G20C and I like the 10mm round so much that I just had to have another one. I just purchased an Agrip for the G20C and it feels awesome. I can't wait to get out and shoot it in an IPSC match. I ordered one for the new G29 too.

Its not the gun thats aroused....
anyways am i the only one to see that my g29 barell sticks out the furthest?
I wonder do the frames keep getting smaller with each gen?

Merc, did you have to wait for your G29 or did you just order after some came in?
 
I emailed about a dozen online retailers and Questar said they had one in stock so I said "I'll take it.". It's coming with two barrels. One is a 106mm 10mm barrel and the second is a 106mm .40cal. I'm going to use it for CCW in the States. I wanted to head down to Custer Sportsmans because they have a CCW match there. Should be good for practice. I'll use it for IPSC up here too though so I can get used to the feel.
