I have a glock 34 gen 4, and its been driving me crazy because it shoots slightly left. About 2 inches at 15 yards left of target, is where it groups. I have determined it is not the operator, as I had someone else shoot it with the same result, and we even secured it down and shot it with same result. Sights are centered, and I have OCD so please don't tell me to put the sights to one side... The only thing I have noticed is that the slide has some play side to side on the rear end of the pistol, close to a millimetre, and the barrel has a bit of tolerance (acceptable). Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it with a new slide or anything? Being in Canada custom slides seem to be hard to come by, but I would love to get my hands on one and maybe a lone wolf barrel or something.

I take it the rear sights are not adjustable ...I have the same gun and went with the adjustable rear sights when I bought it.
Great gun !! ... I liked it so much I just bought a Glock 35 Gen 4 (40cal)

So you figured out it shoots to the left but are unwilling to adjust your sights because you have OCD. Guess you have to either learn to aim a bit off target to get your centered result or you have to adjust your sights.

I remember a glock that ran with the slide cracked at the ejection port, shot a bit to one side.
Easiest fix is sight the gun in and yes that does involve moving the rear sight. Have someone else do it for you so you don't see it happen. Out of sight out of mind.

at 15 yards that seems resonable and most likely operator error.
Try to get closer. What you describe as loose fit is common in Glocks, from my experience with many Glocks IMHO.

I shoot all my guns slightly to the left :) I think shooting to the left is a fairly common tendency for inexperienced shooters. I don't worry about it.

Open the notch in the rear sight. Right-hand side, just enough to center the group. I would shoot at a 25yd target while making any adjustments.

The Original sights were adjustable, I changed them to trijicon ones didn't like the plastic on the original. Ill just learn to deal with it and aim slightly right. I would still like a match barrel and slide if anyone knows where I can get one.

You should go to your club and look around for someone else shooting a glock. Ask the owner to swap with you for a few shots and then see if it's you or the gun. I find that I really have to concentrate on proper trigger finger placement if I want to shoot accurately with my 34.

Or just buy another gun.

Aim more to the right, Adjust the sight, or FIX YOUR GRIP.

I had a 34 and it shot nothing but straight. I had a buddy whom I sold it to, kept complaining about how it shot to the left, I grabbed it from him, shot and was back in center. His problem was the grip. FYI They all have wee bit of play.

Get a left handed guy to shoot it.

I was convinced that a 9mm that I once owned shot to the right. I gave it to my friend to try and he shot left.

Of course with another gun I shot left and he shot REALLY left! That one was sights..

It happened to my Glock17 Gen4 (actually was my poor trigger pull) when first couple range visit. It always shoot 2"-3" to the left from 15m. I have to adjusted the fixed rear sight slightly to compensate that 2" until one very experience Glock shooter came along. He adjusted the rear sight back to where it was and shot my Glock dead center while I still fighting that 2" left. He educated me that was the shooter but the gun. Glock has very different trigger pull and you have to pull it right every times. Now, I shoot my Glock wherever I point and it hit where I aimed. From all the Glock Gen3 Glock19 to Gen4 Glock 35. I really love my Glock now.

I think you have already condemned the gun as faulty so you should sell it and buy another.
Keep doing this until you find one that shoots straight.
Unfortunately you've posted on here that the gun is flawed so you won't be able to command the standard EE used premium over new...you might find someone willing to give you half of what you paid...I might...PM me...
On the next ones though you might not want to advertise that they're faulty...
Also, if your OCD how can you live with the slight differences in color and texture of the slide/frame? Let alone the visible plastic seem...

I test drove a 34 a couple of weeks ago right out of the box. Target was at 15 yards or so. 115 grain winchester ammo. First time touching it. First 2 were a little high, I just aimed lower, and had the other 8 in the center circle. Didnt pull right or left. Great gun IMHO.
