4mm actually makes that much of a difference to you? With a IGB plasma coated barrel you can barely tell. A restricted Glock 26 with a 106mm barrel,...now that is ugly.

Except 9mm short is 380 acp. It's also known as 9mm Kurtz. Kurtz is German for short.

A kahr cm9 has similar dimensions in 9mm. If they did this in 9 they'd have a winner in the US market, but as a 380 I predict a less then stellar response from buyers.

The Glock 42 only has a 3.25" barrel so there'd be more than 3/4 of an inch sticking out. The barrel on the 42 is even shorter than the 26, which has a 3.42" barrel. The 42 is better proportioned so the barrel looks longer...at least to me.

It is not kind of a big disappointment to see that they have nothing new to offer except for S-M-L-XL sized handguns? I don't know, I wish they could come up with something else, better grip? better back straps?...
