Hogue makes a nice grip but if you like the size of the 48 grip just not the texture try some diamond tape. Its like a Talon grip. I was unable to locate Talon for the 48 in Canada so another member suggested diamond tape and it works great. The nice thing with this tape you can customize where you need the extra grip. Just make sure you heat it up with a hair dryer for a minute and really work it in.Why not look into a Talon Grip, I’m pretty sure they make one for the 48, and they ship direct to Canada. They have three different models, granulated, rubberized, or the pro which is a mix of the granulated and rubberized. They are easy to install and work great
Thank you everyone for your input.
I didnt see one on hogue's website for the g48 tho. I'll double check.
Yes, it is the size of the grip that bothers me. My wife shoots it very well but I'd like something rubber overtop to make it a little larger when I use it.
If you can’t find one , get the grip properly stippled at a good custom shop .
I got mine done at BlackBox Customs and it’s like night and day from the original ( which was heinous btw ) .

I have massive hands, I like mine quite a bit. A high grip can be an issue until the scar forms though./QUOTE]
