Once a pistol always a pistol, a chassis doesn't change that.
I believe it's still restricted, comes with a 16" barrel that would keep it restricted.

AFAIK, they are not making anything longer than the 16" - it is an American product and their goal is to have the shortest barrel that they can without it becoming an SBR.
Yes, it does. The Glock grip sticks out enough at the bottom to accommodate it.
Racking is ambidextrous, The safety goes from one side to the other (if you use it) It still ejects to the right. Mag release is ambi - but you'll need to make your glock match.

While I'm right handed with a different point of view; I'd say it's pretty much as ambidextrous as it can be.
