Hey guys, I need some help sourcing a .22LR conversion kit for my g17. I have searched our CGN sponsors with no luck.

Does anyone know where I can pick one up?

Police Ordinance usually has them in stock or they will order for you. You do not have to be LEO to buy from them as I have a bought quite a few things from them.

Quick question for the experts 22lr tops conisdered to be a firearm or is it only the frame and you can place any top on it as long as the barrel and caliber is legal (i.e. over
105mm and not .25 or .32).

Respectfully, a dedicated .22 and a Glock conversion are not the same thing.

If you want to shoot a .22 get a Ruger/Buckmark etc. (arguably more accurate and definitely cheaper.)

If you want more trigger time behind your Glock get a conversion kit.
(reason being same sight picture and trigger pull)

My Glock has a matching serial number stamped on the frame, slide and barrel.
My AA conversion kit has no visible serial number and did not require a PAL to purchase. (Although I haven't tried it, you could probably fire a bullet out of it without the frame.)

Also mine is on a fixed diet of Remington Goldens
