Glock customer service

i got a nice little care package from james after several emails to glock usa regarding some issues, he is working on getting them delt with asap.

I agree with that. I bought a G17 Gen 4 and it was one of the early ones with the recoil rod issue. I remember calling and getting tossed from department to department since no one knew what to do with Canadians. Anyway, they did a good job in the end and express shipped it. But I didn't get as fancy a package as you did hek76!
 
I think the Korth Group (based in Okotoks, AB) are one of the approved repair centres, they certainly carried out a repair on my brand new Glock. No free hats for me though!!
 
it would be nice to create a thread about 'how to proceed with Glock warranty issues'. It seems that if you call the US they will try to help but what happens with imports/exports and all that nice stuff?

Nice !!i think Smith and Wesson needs to take a long hard look at this!
been dealing with issues with them for 13 months now
