I imported a Zev Tech Glock 19 last year. If you go through an importer like Irunguns, you can have your pick of the litter from what's down in the States and have it brought up here.
Outside of that, you'll be looking at the odd place here and there, or buying privately.

Im not positive if they sell the firearm itself but they will most definitely customize it to look like that. Ive spent some time with these guys and their work is unreal.

Last time I had work done at blackbox they had a couple brand new customized Glocks for sale, brand new, fully customized and fitted with RMR sights, it was really nice. Check them out and give them a call.
