Did you do the surface prep as suggested in earlier posts?

Thanks! I’m glad it was an interesting read.

Yes, I cleaned the area with acetone and then roughed it with some sandpaper as my prep. The polymer JB-Weld bond seems very strong, but I will update this thread if it ever fails.
