Glock Frame upgrade Gen 2 to Gen 3

Its a long shot and I have searched for the answer but my Web-Fu sucks tonight.

I want to know if its possible to upgrade my Glock Gen 2 frame to a Gen 3 frame....or if someone can point me in the direction for the info I am looking for that would be awesome.

At one point they had bare third generation frames and could do the frame swap. I have no idea if they still do/can. It means "buying" and new frame.

cheapest way is to sell the Gen 2 and buy a Gen 3.

Thats what I did with my G17 and G22, with what I got for trade and what it cost me I was more than happy to have two new pistols, so happy that I went out and bought me a G37 too!
