There doesn't seem to be many options on the canadian market, can you help me find it?

Which holster to choose for a G19 gen4 canadian edition?

would this one work?

It should, you may have to open the end ever so slightly for the extended barrel

Agreed, I can't remember how closed off the bottoms of these holsters are.

Question for those people currently into gun games: Does this type of modification make the holster illegal for use in the common games?

I know some rule books require a closed bottom to prevent the pistol from getting pushed out of the holster from the bottom (some ranges, too, if I recall).

I should have clarified, it's mostly an issue with holsters that allow the muzzle to protrude below the bottom of the holster.

Pistols have been accidentally pushed out of holsters from the bottom. Sitting down on a crowded bench, or during vigourous and/or awkward movement on a shooting stage.

Some holsters are really bad for allowing this, so I've seen blanket restrictions on the type.

Ok, thx. Years back when I was involved in local ipsc, I used a yaqui loop holster, with a 1911. Worked fine, though not really fast, at least in my hands. - dan

The Gen4 barrel does not protrude from the BladeTech G19 holster so no issues in that regard. It is also cut for an optic which is nice. Not my favourite G19 holster but I’ve used one quite a bit and they are excellent value for the money. This is a Gen4 Canadian Edition I had milled for an optic
