I don't know why there are different frames in G22. The one with night sight has a bigger frame than the one with adjustable sight ? Any ideas ? Thanks.

They should be the same but they are not. That is why I asked ? I did the comparison today in a gun shop. I would like to buy the one with the night sight and it has a bigger frame. Does anybody know why ?

since when did glocks come /w adj. sights???

could one of the glocks be old stock and have a older generation frame???

Well, they've been available with factory adjustable sights since at least '98 according to my '98 Glock Annual and probably before that. My 2000 production Glock G35 had adjustable sights as standard equipment.

I would agree with the other suggestions that cwlam3 was looking at two different framed Glocks...a large frame (possibly a G20/G21) and a medium frame G22.

They are both G22 in 40 S&W. They are in Reliable Vancouver. The G22 with night sight is selling for 799. It is a very good deal but when I picked it up and it is bigger compare to the other one with adjustable sight and that one is more money. I don't know why neither the sales there.

Did they both say G22 on the slide? Than they are the same, regardless of sites installed. Perhaps the grips were different hence the generation 2 vs 3 difference. Reliable is generally a good guns store and has some knowlegeable staff, i find this interesting to say the least.

They are both G22 and Generation 3. The grips are the same. Shane was looking after me, you may call him and find it out.

did you actually measure the slides to see that one was bigger than the other? I don't mean longer either. You say they guns are wider? Very strange, how could the grips be the same if the slides are wider.

The G22 with night sight for 799, it is a good deal. Also, Baby Eagle for 699 is a good deal too. I don't understand why the sizes of two G22 are different.
