Can someone tell me what RDS and laser sight, is on that thing?

The RDS is a Trijicon RMR. The laser is a Surefire. That is a Taran Tactical Glock.

There are similar custom Glocks that appear on the EE. ZEV is likely the best known up here. As mentioned, Black Box Customs does similar work and they are in Canada.

Unless you really, really want a fully tricked out Glock, be aware that these things don’t resell well. You will lose a ton of money if you source a full set up new and want to sell it in the future.

If you already have a Glock 17, get in touch with Jay from black box customs.
While the photo you've provided is as mentioned, a taran tactical Glock 34, black box can absolutely get you something similar.
It'd be a simple matter of mill work on the slide to suit your preference + the RMR, an oversized magwell, a Surefire weapon light of your choice(your picture shows the XC1 but I'd recommend an x300u) and some frame modifications.

If you wanted to supply your Glock 17, the entire project would probably run you around 1500-2000 but spend some time on BBC's website and you can get an accurate idea of cost.

For what it's worth, the guys at BBC are top notch dudes who put out top notch product. One of the best run companies I've ever dealt with.

I highly recommend Blackbox Customs! I've had my Glock 34 Gen 3 done by them, and hope to drop off my new Gen 5 for another complete frame stippling and trigger guard undercut job done!
Great work, and in my case improved my shooting and IDPA match scores!
Give Jay a call and he'll help you out with everything you want.

^ This.

How long does it take, to get a job like this done?

To give you an idea from my own experience; I took my G41 in for full frame stippling and trigger guard undercut and it was back to me in two weeks.
If you wanted everything in the picture you posted, I would be prepared for four to six weeks.
I'd also be prepared to spend about as much money as you paid for the pistol itself. Maybe more.

only thing you should be asking when it comes to mini red dots is what is the warranty and what have people said about using the warranty up here in Canada.
its a gun mounted red dot - its going to break sooner or later.
make sure its got a lifetime unconditional warranty and make sure you can actually access that warranty up here.

i have personally never seen a Shield Red Dot, but it looks like they make stuff for other brands and have not put out their own line.

How much are you going to shoot it? If the volume is very high, I’d consider sticking with Trijicon, Leupold or Vortex - and only because Vortex has a great warranty.

And you you will need to specify the cut type for the RDS. I know Black Box does RMR, but not sure about others.

For the build you are proposing, the pistol cost is going to be about 25% of the total package.
