For a rear sight I realy like the Heinie sight on the left in the photo....

+1 for Heinies or similar plain black metal sights.

Heine straight eight if you want night sights, otherwise Heinie slant pro for basic black sights. I've never used a fibreoptic on a Glock, so I can't advise you there.
