OK, I'm aware of the RRA and Lone Wolf 9mm AR's that use Glock mags. But has anyone built anything on a Glock specific lower? I've found the Quarter Circle 10 lowers and they look slick...

These look to be some great lowers. assuming that they would take standard 9mm uppers and AR parts.
The availability of Glock mags makes this a win of an idea. They retail for $275US for the lower.

This would be the closest thing to a Glock Carbine for the time being (not an AR with a Glock mag sticking out of it)

If you're not using a Glock specific bolt carrier, you'll need to have it milled to work properly. Keep that in mind if you plan to build, or use a generic 9mm upper with a glock lower. Check Lone Wolf's website for more info on this.
 
Thanks BooSSTed ... I was planning to try and get their 9mm Gock bcg as well.

I'll check out the links ... But I'm hoping for a build this year and this may just do the trick. I have lotsa Glock mags to feed this thing.

How do people like the Lone Wolf set ups?
The GMR 13 looks priming too...

Anyone know a potential price?

I would be in for a QC10 small frame lower, bolt and barrel. Did you find a importer?

I've got one of the original Lone Wolf lowers with a 7" RRA upper. It works great, but my one beef is that it doesn't have the bolt hold open feature. I believe the new lowers have it though.

Dedicated lowers / uppers are the way to go. I'm a Glock guy and mags are the win here ...
 
So it seems that the QC10 registered lowers are not affected by the ban (according to the lack of listing it in the recent letter we all received).

Even if this is the case (I need additional confirmation it wasn’t listed on the armalytics site). Could this be true? The lowers are dedicated for pistol carbines.

However the uppers are AR15 uppers (now listed as a prohibited device on its own)

Anyone have a similar dilemma?
 
I got the love letter too and the QC10 was missing from the list, so I double check it against the Canada Gazette website and I do see it listed under "(z.664)[FONT=Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif] Quartercircle10 GSF Pistol". it is just an administrative error. [/FONT]

Oh well. I’m not surprised that there are such errors. The letter is so official - yet has errors that affect my potential “criminality”.
This is just another Example of how poorly written, thought out and implemented this regulation without legislative debate has become. This merits a S.74 review... pathetic on behalf of the RCMP. Pathetic on behalf of the Intent of this bogus order in council.
 
WTF are you on about? It was listed in the OIC, even if it wasn’t it’s clearly an AR15 variant and even if it magically wasn’t ,the upper, as you’ve pointed out, is prohibited. Why are you even mentioning anylitics site? You trust that over the actual OIC?
 
And? It doesn’t magically make it legal. An oversight that they’ll eventually correct, I’m sure.

+1 all my other AR's were listed, but not my QC10

I understand that will likely change but as of last week when I got the letter from the RCMP it was not on there
