Glock mag pinning

After you pin [ and the hole depends on EXACTLy which Mag/follower /caliber combination you have ] make sure you file down the rivet, other wsie the mags may no longer drop free.

When I do them, I cut out the plastic where the rivet will fit into, to sort of countersink them.

Never seen them pinned at the 11th or 14th hole, depends on mag generation...older ones are blocked at 13th witness hole the newer ones are int the 15th.
Thats assuming the mags are new or unaltered....have not had the followers changed out... all bets are off if the mags were altered by a previous owner...you will have to figure it out by trial and error...

Bad photo but I always take a little off the follower as well. It makes them a pleasure to load being a 10.75 round mag.

This may be a 33 round follower (old photo so I can't remember) but you get the idea.
