Glock Models and Variants Question

Hello people of CGN

I have a question I can’t seem to get a clear answer on, is or was there a Glock 17L Gen 3? I'm interested in finding a complete slide/ barrel combo (Does not have to be OEM GLOCK). Also could I use a Gen 4 longslide on my Gen 3 Lower? I believe I saw “conversion kits” for gen 3 to gen 4 and the opposite. Any help appreciated?

The very nice people at Lone Wolf make long slides & barrels for the G17 & the G22. Top quality stuff too!

Glock makes the longslide 17L & the G24, but not alot. Small runs now & then when they get a break from satisfying the tremendous orders that come in.
