hi guys,

My brother is wanting me to set-up his glock 21 with the "rail mount" and some holographic sights for the range. He is not a competition shooter, but wants to experiment with the holographic sights and what not. I was just wondering if anyone has tried or currently uses a similar set-up? If so, what kind of rail did ou use, where did you get it from etc. Just wanted to pitch it out there and see if someone could help me out.

I did a strong search but didnt turn much up. Here a few links to what I am taking about.

Hi there.

A friend sent me this link for a rail that attaches to your PICATINNY rail and puts a weaver scope rail on top. Take a look

Is this what you are looking for?

anyone have any reviews with any of these mounts?? a few sponsors have them and I am considering purchasing one

I have a Glock Rail set. Allos the addition on the sight and also give you backa lower rail as well.

No permanent modification the the glock.

PM me for a price :) I sold my G34 so no need for it now.

your best option is the slide mounted red dot sight, c-more sts, jpoint, burris,. a frame mounted sght is not ideal for a polymer frame, polymer tends to bend and not the most stable flatform. and glocks doesnt have a tight slide to frame and bbl lock up, so your accuracy will be affected. let the red dot sight ride on your slide just like an iron sight for best accuracy.

agree with the polymer bending, happens on my mosquito (not as toughly built as glock anyway). if you over tighten the mount, then the slide will start rubbing on the frame.
