Standard practice for some retailers these days to offer a deal on a product....and therfore increase the shipping cost to compensate the low sale price....not interested

Gen 3 is fatter. If you have access to a Gen 4. Put the medium blackstrap on and that's a Gen 3. It is a thicker grip.

Shipping is $39.95 and that's usually a 2-3 business day service coast to coast.
