Glock SF

Glock Shopping

Went to Shooters Choice look at a Glock 17 9mm F.S. $850.00 plus taxes, Went to London visited Gobles 3 workers on duty, waited there for half hour and left, 2 customers in the whole store! Then went to OK Gunroom in London looked at a Glock 17 9mm F.S. $850.00 price tag, they have a 1st year anniversary sale pay no GST or PST for the month of July. Bought the Glock for $850.00 taxes in and a Glock 22 40 cal. F.S. for $850.00 also again taxes in, saved $238.00 in my pocket. First time in the OK Gunroom clean bright lots of stock, and most important thing got good service!

I would like to get my hands on one just to see if the grip was right. Anyone in Ottawa west, Almonte, Carleton Place, Smiths Falls, Perth etc who lets me shoot theirs would be my friend for life.
I might even move in and be your butler.

Lone Wolf Barrels

Know some good guys that have had great success with Lone Wolf barrels. Around $99.00 which is a terrific price. Will probably drop one in my G17 for the ability to fire lead bullets.
The new G21SF is a excellent idea from the good people at Glock. All Glock models have recently been priced very competitively.

I have talked to the owner of Gobles here in london and funny story...The guy that opened up CK gunroom worked up the owner of gobles and had promised that if he tought him everything he knew, he wouldnt open his own business. So the guy that ownes Gobles tought him everything like suppliers and just everything he needs to know because he was hoping that someday he would buy out Gobles (the owner of gobles is looking to retire soon) but instead the guy broke his promise and went and opened his own gunshop! The guy that owns gobles is still pissed off about it but apparently as soon as CK gunroom opened, Gobles sales went way up:S
The reason CK gunroom's prices are so high is cuz the guy is trying to get out of debt i believe, the guy at gobles said if he wanted he coulda put him out of business by lowering his prices (he could afford to do this because he has plenty of money after years and years of being the only gunshop:p) but yea so sounds like the guy that owns CK is kinda a snake...I have been there, its pretty nice store but dont wanna buy from someone who over prices their guns and then cant keep a promise...

Also just incase anyone was wondering, if you have been to www.g obles.ca and you notice that their colours are all messed up and ugly...he said they had this guy make their site and turns out he is colour blind and he didnt have the heart to tell the guy hahaha

That is a really funny story if you are into reading fiction.

Every experience I have had at Gobles is one of hurry up and wait until I finish my coffee or donut and if I have time I will think about helping you. Ever since CK has opened up I at least have a shop that greats me warmly every time I come it. As to Gobles sales going up I would have to guess that they are actually talking to the customers that come in and I am sure that would increase the sales of any business.
