Glock Slide / Frame Gap

Your G22 sure sounds like a keeper. An average Glock is typically capable of "combat accuracy" out of the box, from what I've seen.

Actually, it's the shooter not the pistol.... ....lol...

Well I kind of think it's a bit of both.

For the accuracy required by 99% of the shooters on this forum with the exception of those who engage in Olympic style pistol shooting. The firearm has little to do with accuracy.

My S &W MP 45 shows a gap as well yet is accurate.

As far as I'm concerned it helps reliability.

I thought I was looking at a pic of my own 21SF for a sec. I've whined to Glock several times over the years about loose slide to frame fit. They will service it, but you'll have to be without your piece for quite a while. I've just given up on the last few, and become a little less anal. The chunks still fire perfectly, so why bother.

The gap is fine. It's the bend in the dustcover that gets me every time. All the dustcovers on Glocks website are all nice and straight.
