Glock slide

Hey CGN, hope this is an easy one and hasn't been asked but can a Gen 3 slide be put on a Gen 4 frame? I want to put a G17 slide on my G35 frame, my G35 is a Gen 4 but just wanted to know if I had some options if I only found a Gen3 slide. I saw a guy selling a G22 slide and on the ad he said it can be used on a G17 frame. So basically I want to go the other way. Thanks in advance.

Never mind folks, I realized that I want a Gen4 slide so moot point. Sorry for the post, wish there was a "Please remove" option.
