Glock speed plates on 10/22 mag?

Does anyone have any experience doing this to help pull the little 10 rounds magazines out? I seen a picture about six posts down with it done, just not sure how jb weld would hold up on there. Anybody have anything similar? I'm going to pick up my new 1022 soon and remembered how annoying it was to get the stock mags out.That or trying to carry 25 round mags in your jeans or hoodie pocket, having them fall out onto the ground every time you crouch over. Well, the only way to know for sure is to try one and see how the glue holds up. The Ruger mags do seem to be pretty good for gluing, I have seen people glue a fake AR mag body onto the 10 rounder and that lived for quite a while. The small speed plate should stand up way better than that big mag body did.

I enjoy using the stock mags as they fit flush with the stock when carrying the rifle.

If I am at the range and don't care if I carry or not that's when I use the aftermarket larger mags......

There wouldn't be much pressure or force required on the glock plate so a hot glue gun would probably work quite well, for a short time at least, to try it out. You could also clean off the hot glue with no damage to either the mag or the glock plate if you decide it isn't what you want.

JB Weld is a wonderful product and I would hazard a guess that if you glued the plate to the mag with JB Weld it would never EVER come off........ Like if you tried to remove it you would probably damage both the plate and the mag.....
