Thanks for that TDC, it was not my intention to tick anyone off really, and after all that was said, I still have a suspicion that there may have been an issue with that particular rental gun I shot. The trigger was so bad on it, I have to think something was wrong with it.
I was really just trying to get the point across that I didn't care for it. Having said that, they have a proven record and are widely used, and I have read several times that with some very cheap (like 25 cents) aftermarket\home remedies, the trigger can be made to be quite good.
Someday, I would like try one again, one that is owned are cared for by a true gun nut and perhaps my opinion will change. That is the nice thing about opinions, you can change them whenever you like.
