Glock Torture Test

They're tough guns. I would like to see what the polymer breakdown over long periods of time would be. But who has their gun exposed to sunlight constantly, like a car dashboard in an Arizona parking lot? Mine sits in a dark safe forever, and when it comes out to play, it gets cased and transported to a dark building. Come to think of it, I don't think my Glock has ever seen sunshine besides being cleaned on the kitchen table on a summer's the afternoon. :D

In actuality, the closest my 21SF comes to a "torture test" is when I fire 80 rounds at the range then don't clean it when I get home for a couple more range visits. :dancingbanana: :D

Glock plastic is good to go and passes NATO mil spec

Holy fack I almost fell off my chair.

Boys, boys, hold yer horses! :D

Getting back on track, I read that link twice, before I decided to trade my S&W 17-3 for a G17RTF. Haven't regretted it yet.

It would've been more convincing if the author made videos during each torture test and then immediately shooting it.

Go to youtube if you need more convincing, just search up "glock torture test", you'll be amazed.

The HORROR, The HORROR

Yeah, you belong to the half that said that. The other half said, "good on you".

The deciding factor was that the 17-3 was a safe princess and she was better off with a guy who would shoot her. Besides she was so accurate, it was boring:p

.... I have a few "safe queens" that I MUST clean after a range session of 10 rnds:redface: I bought a Glock to USE. If I forget to clean it once in a while and scuff it up...so be it. So far it hasn't disappointed. It's the one I shoot best now.

This is amazing. I was just starting to think about how thorough they were being... Then I saw the plane. :D

This is just another reason to love a Glock... Not that I needed any more.
