Glock Trigger Re-Visited

Thanks to feedback here, I can be comfortable with a holstered Glock aimed at my Boys.

There have been a number of Boys (and legs) hit while holstering a Glock and a jacket toggle, etc. gets snagged in the trigger guard.

Looks a bit like a gadget to me.
Although I acknowledge that 7 years of IPSC doesn't have me holstering like a CC would,
I know I would be comfortable holstering my Glock in CC anyhow, as in my mind the high pressure wouldn't be during the holstering, but rather during the draw.

I don't see myself ever needing/wanting it, but if it gives you some comfort, why not?

These are awesome safety devices for a Glock. Very well built and engineered, I would buy one in a heartbeat if they were available in Canada.

Used properly, they give one more layer of safety during the holstering process. Think of it as providing a Glock user a method of blocking the movement of the striker should something inadvertently press the trigger while holstering. This is very much like thumb checking the hammer of a DA/SA gun when holstering, which I do religiously when using DA/SA guns.

If one understands why thumb checking a hammer when holstering is beneficial, one gets why this device is useful.
