Glock trigger woes ....

Software issues aren't fixed with hardware solutions.

yes true. But I also dont see the point to spend months dry firing to overcome a crappy trigger. It works great with the Gen1 and also with my 1911s.... If all it needs is an overtravel stop then I am happy to do that over software :)

Update:

I installed the Zev Fulcrum. The trigger feels lighter and better but not a dramatic change in mushiness but its a Glock and its fine. The important part is that I can dry fire without jerking the gun all over the place. So far an improvement !

The new trigger feels way nicer on the finger

I will try it on the range soon.

Is it worth $257? All in all it comes with a lot of parts... if you add up all the springs, ejector block, disconnect that it comes with its not a bad deal over buying all the parts individually (of course there is also no need for that ..)

I have not yet adjusted it

Update 2:

Took it to the range .... the steel never knew what hit it! Huge difference, well worth it :)

As long as you didn’t have a “New York” police trigger “spring” (plastic clip). Those are some of the worst and heaviest triggers you will encounter.
I bought one Glock that came with a NY trigger, and it was day and night after I swapped a regular trigger spring back in.

My gen 3 trigger is amazing. Its stock and has smoothed out because of the 10k plus rds thru it. My brand new gen 4 is terrible. Now with almost 1k rds thru it. The trigger is smoothing out

Your older glock has been smoothed out by all the shooting you've done. I was going to say stay at it but you've upgraded already.

I don't mind buying used guns for this reason. By the time i get it....its at a discounted price and trigger is smoothed out. No break in period
