I remember when S&W were dead set against ever producing a 1911 because it was their arch rival's gun, Colt. Now everybody and their brother, cousin, and aunt make 'em.

This is not something for glock owner only, all hanguns are beautiful to the owner, No need to own one to understand this principle.
