Update: I screwed up and somehow never saved my gun club to my profile when I placed my order Tuesday - Tenda reached out Thursday to let me know the info was missing and I sent it over that afternoon.

Was talking to someone at the CFP this (Friday) morning about ATTs and she looked the transfer up for me as well, CFO had already approved it this morning so they must've sent it over straight away yesterday. Timely. Love it. Thanks Brian @ Tenda.
 
Oh my god can we stop with these weekly posts about shopping at Tenda

i doubt some have at to fix online what they cannot do face to face or over the phone.

im happy customer to them and i ordered few things that is way cheaper than other places. shipping for here is long except 2 or 3 business closer to me. the farther the longer and coivd19 excuse is not helping the process.

Gun has arrived, neatly packed and good to go. 1 week from order, small screw up on my part, resolution, shipping, and pulling apart my surplus 92s to refinish and play around with the platform.

Good to go.
 
Another Tenda customer service thread! Lol. The Tendoids are amazing. Has anyone ever bought anything from another vendor on this site? "Hmmm..I'm thinking of buying something from a dealer on Gunnutz. I better start a thread."
 
I still don’t even know how to start a thread on the main page. I’ve only tried it a couple times (unsuccessfully). I can only do it on other sections. I’ve had great experiences with almost every site sponsor i’ve Dealt with.

Yup, this. Check their one to three star google reviews, you'll see a pattern. I only bought from them once, one of the items were defective out of the box. Zero help from them after contacting them many times within two days of receiving it, was promised a couple of times someone would call me back, which never happened. This was in 2018, pre pandemic.
 
Mixed feelings here, good service till UPS lost my shotgun and Tenda refuses to pay for replacement or refund...

After three phone calls, a very polite man explained to me that they are sorry but nothing they can do and I am losing my money on this one...

Now on a Visa dispute as this is unacceptable for a online vendor, hard to believe they don’t have insurance for this.

Sorry guys but never again TENDA!

Did you realize that they offer VERY CHEAP insurance? I always throw it in, it is like $1 per 100. You can clearly see it when you check out. Do you think other companies will replace your shotgun?

Last order I did, I opted for free shipping but added insurance and they changed shipping to UPS instead Canpar.

They are not perfect, just offering the same crap everybody else does but often (not always) cheaper.
