Hi does any one know anything about hunting on saturna island BC

Plenty of Deer. No Goats on Saturna. No Bears. Just lots and lots of Deer.
Hunt Texada island. Its better. Less people and unbelievable amounts of deer.
99% sucess rate.

I'm sure your talking about the ferile goats that infest the Island ridge. Not sure the legality of killing them, but much of the land is either private, park, eco-reserve or I.R.

No a few guys that wacked a few about 8 years ago. Some impressive horns.

Most of Saturna is a Federal Park.
What isnt Parks Canada is Private Property and they frown heavily upon non residents coming over with guns.
Also Fat Pat Carney lives over there as well.
That reason alone is enough to keep me from dropping in.
There are some areas where you might be able to shoot, but seeing as you are asking for input leads me to believe you do not know anyone living there.

Spent a lot of time on Saturna, Saltspring, Galiano, and Main. Always wanted to deer hunt there, gazillion of them. Same in the Broken Islands. Island deer hunting would be one of those things I must do before I die.
