Surefire has discontinued the trainer cans. They had such a small market and were priced as much as a real entry level can.

If you look at my first post 3rd picture, i have the Surefire SF3P (3 prong)and the Socom on my two uppers. I am looking for the 4 prong to clone the L119A1. The SF3P is labeled as a flash hider and the other is a Socom. I have seen the 4 prong models but don't know if there is one that will interface with the trainer.

Just to be a picky cloner...the SF4P is not correct for the L119 series of rifles as far as I'm aware. They use the FH556-216A, which is part of Surefire's Legacy series and it took me over 2 years to find one. Oh, and they dont accept the trainer suppressor as its an older style of mounting.

I know the FH556RC is not the 100% correct clone part, but it is a 4 prong and will allow me to use my "faux-pressor" for the look. I couldn't think of a different muzzle device that would give the look and allow the training can to mount.

I am still learning but, from what i understand the rifle twist will have an impact on what ammunition to use. Most of my barrels are Colt Canada and i believe they are 1:7 twist which is best suited for 62gr. There are a lot of other posts about ammunition.

Rumor is there are new ones coming to market for this summer likely. QD mount, and trainer for $425.00 is what I have heard, and the maker is fairly well known Stateside and newerish to making cans.

From what I have seen and heard, pretty excited!

Takes the silly 18.5" barrel and makes it look like it should!

What kinda PCC is that? First time I've ever seen something like this. Looks like a mashup between a CZ EVO and a UMP. My boner is very confused.
