Another way is to crush it between 2 plastic spoon .... works well.

Have u tried Canadian Tire, the one on Smythe St in Fredericton has a pretty good powder selection?

You could also try The Gun Dealer in Mac Adam, NB as they carry some reloading supplies.

Another way is to crush it between 2 plastic spoon .... works well.

I use an old pepper mill .... one with an adjustment for the grind. The IKEA model has a ceramic cutter so there is less chance of an unwanted spark. (And - if you have a mean streak- bring that pepper mill to a barbecue and hand it to the host to pepper the burgers. Stand back ... and watch the fun.)
