Congratulations on successful hunt OP!

BTW, did that Toyota Tacoma take all these people, moose and pull that massive trailer too?

We had 3 vehicles, Toyota was the easiest to get in the grown in road.

BTW - I thought it would be difficult to Poach Moose? as the Regulators are so into it, you found a large amount of Gutpiles, I thought the Authorities would be right onto it Pre Season, especially so close to the season?

We have a large native population nearby and they hunt from the back of trucks using lightbars at night. DNR will do nothing about it, after all ... "they have been doing it that way for thousands of years" (end sarcasm)

It was hard to hunt as 2/3 of the animals had been shot in the week prior and the remaining ones were skittish and drove into the thick woods, sucks as were should have been the first ones hunting the area under the regulations...

Congrats on a successful hunt! I remember the challenges of moose hunting in NS from my years there and just getting to hunt is a long shot at best.
