There is one in Hull, on St Joseph a few blocks North of the Armory (VIP surplus V.I.P. PLEIN AIR Surplus d’Armée S.G. 121, boul. St-Joseph

Mainly sport mix with some army surplus.
Coureur des Bois 825, Maloney Est Gatineau (819) 663-5853...good for hunting/outdoor has a good section of milsurp. Best one in the area I think.
A classic is Irving in the By market (Ottawa), a street corner in front (West) of the Market building itself just where they sell the fresh produces outdoor. They have some stuff from international sources...they were still selling the old WW1 & WWII brit water canteen for 10$ not long ago.
If only browsing, check the best one of all the Cdn War Museum! but look only!
