I ordered my gunfighter from Brownell's today, it was shipped already for US$47.99, comes to US$52 with shipping. Not much difference with member pricing.

Than why did they took it off my order saying the manufacturer did not have the proper export license?
Oh well sucks to be me I guess; I got to fill Questar's deep pockets for close to twice that much and wait for a month.

I saved approx $9 on some small parts I just ordered. The $9 is twice what the shipping is costing me so I'd say that's a good savings.

Just for ####s and giggles I pulled up the gunfighter charging handle. My price on it is $41.03. Seems to be a good savings as I'd rather pay less than more.

Good for you. I'll call them back and ##### and ##### and see what happens :). I ordered mine via their web site, did you phone and get the member's price? Oh well, maybe for the next order.

Order from their web site. This way you don't interact with someone over there who doesn't know what is O.K. and what's not. You have to set up an account with them, I had one already, but within a couple of minutes you're good to go. Paying double the price at Questar is not worth it since you can get it hassle free.

No I made a profile for the website and certain questions were asked and answered. When it was all done the prices started showing up in green and were a fair bit less than before.

Thats what I did and it was pulled out of my order for said reason... Went with questar as it was what seemed to be the only way I could get one at the time. Fabsport has them in stock now at a better price too.

I guess my build was not pricey enough as it is... Damn.
Thank god for armeast and the AP receivers, saved a bunch with those :)
 
My grandfather used to say that "the Lord works in mysterious ways". I guess it's not just the Lord that does this...:). Perhaps the alignment of the planets and the glitch in the software for your order were not favouring you that day. Paying over $100 for a charging handle is enough to make somebody buy a Norinco instead! In any case, enjoy your new built AR-15.
